The Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) showcased the country’s tourism opportunities during a series of events held on 20-22 April in the German cities of Würzburg, Frankfurt and Trier.

The events, attended by more than 100 tourism companies and tour operators, presented Azerbaijan as an attractive year-round travel destination. Participants were provided with detailed information on city tours, cultural tourism, Silk Road heritage, mountain hiking routes and winter tourism opportunities. A number of B2B meetings were also held as part of the programme.

Participation in the roadshow served as an important platform for discussing new cooperation opportunities with representatives of Germany’s tourism industry and for further strengthening Azerbaijan’s position in this market.

It should be noted that the number of visitors travelling from Germany to Azerbaijan in January-March 2026 increased by 76.5% compared to the same period last year, reaching 5,024 visitors.
